Premium Service

On initial install Check on Me is provided with a Premium Service for a certain free trial period. The Premium Service functionality allows the member

• to issue track requests to other family members or friends (determine their position, request a call-back)
• to receive automated notifications (Battery notification, Arrival notification)

Once the initial trial period ends the member is advised as such in the Check on Me main screen (the Event List). If the member would like to continue using the Premium features, the member needs to top up his/her service using the in-app purchase functionality. To view the in-app purchase options that are available via Google Play click on the top-up icon ($) in the Check on Me main screen.

Note that not every member of your family that uses Check on Me needs to have a Premium Service:

• If you would like to be able to track your kid only you need to have a Premium Service, your kid does not.
• If you would like to be receive Routine Place notifications when your kid arrives at home only you need to have a Premium Service, your kid does not.
• If you would like to be able to issue a call-back from your senior parents phone only you need to have a Premium Service, your senior parent does not.
• If you would like to be receive Battery Low notification from your senior parents phone only you need to have a Premium Service, your senior parent does not.

Instant Alert Map Credits

For some Instant Alerts it makes sense to include the sender’s location information.
On initial App installation every member gets a certain number of Instant Alert Map Credits assigned for free. Once these Instant Alert Map Credits are depleted and if the member would like to continue using location information in Instant Alerts the member needs to top up his/her Instant Alert Map Credits using the in-app  purchase functionality.
